SECURITY REVIEWS and AUDITS

An effective workplace safety and security plan starts with conducting a thorough risk assessment and threat analysis.  Through routine workplace inspections, strategic safety reviews or a full security audit.  TOTAL Safety Management can assist clients in identifying potential risk exposures that serve as the foundation for the development of a workplace safety plan.

INTERNAL THEFT & PROPERTY DAMAGE

In the event of an internal theft or allegation of property damage involving a Worker or Sub-contractor, experienced investigators will conduct a thorough investigation on behalf of the Employer. This may include an on-site investigation, evidence collection, witness interviews, surveillance and liaison with local police and/or MLTSD investigators. 

ACCESS CONTROL

Installation and co-ordination of building and site security systems, including personnel access,  site monitoring and surveillance, as well as parking control and traffic management.  Our services include working with third-party service providers to review surveillance footage and security procedures.

ON-SITE SECURITY PERSONNEL

Whether routine security patrols, on-site access control or alarm response, TOTAL Safety Management works with strategic security partners to be able to provide clients with qualified and  professional security services.  In the event, of an emergency or on-site incident, trained security personnel can be quickly dispatched to assist one of our experienced Incident Commanders.

WORKPLACE SAFETY and SECURITY AWARENESS TRAINING

As part of a comprehensive Health and Safety program, Employee safety and security awareness training includes a variety of different topics, including Emergency Response Plans (ERP), Active Shooter/Hostile Intruder, Fire Prevention, Lockdown procedures, as well as Travel Security.

COURT SUBJECT MATTER TESTIMONY

As part of the investigative process, our Team of highly-trained investigators has the knowledge and experience to prepare all required documentation for court purposes, including civil litigation, criminal prosecution, Provincial offences and/or employment tribunals . This includes testifying on behalf of an Employer, as well as pre-trial preparation of Employees required to give testimony in a workplace legal matter.
