Our Team of highly-trained HR Co-ordinators have extensive experience in all areas of Human Resource Management, including operations, policy development, personnel management, and workplace Legislation and Regulations, including the Employment Standards Act (ESA), Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA) and WSIB. EMPLOYEE RECRUITMENT
Applicant screening and interviews, application processing and administrative paperwork, including Employment Offers and Employment Agreements. As well as, extensive experience in collective agreements and negotiations.

New Employee onboarding and initial training, including welcome packages, documentation completion, orientation tours, basic Health & Safety, and Workplace Violence & Harassment training. As well as, initial PPE inspections to ensure new personnel are job ready.
EMPLOYEE MANUALS & CODE OF CONDUCT
Customized Employee Manuals and Code of Conduct, including initial development, Employee issue, orientation and tracking, as well as annual review and revisions.
EMPLOYEE FILE MANAGEMENT
Set-up and ongoing management of Employee files, including hardcopy and electronic data entry, corporate phone lists, emergency contact information, performance review, Corrective Action Plans (CAP), and full attendance tracking and reporting.
ACADEMIC TRACKING & RE-CERTIFICATIONS
As part of the design and delivery of corporate Health & Safety training programs, we not only deliver the training, but provide academic tracking and reminders for annual re-certification.
PERFORMANCE REVIEWS
Co-ordination with Supervisors for the completion and tracking of Employee Performance Reviews, including Probationary and Promotional assessments and Annual Performance evaluations.
EMPLOYEE COACHING, COUNSELING & MENTORING
One-on-one or group coaching for Employees as part of an enhanced Education and Training program. This includes performance-related issued, discipline and mental health. All part of Human Factors and maximizing Employee motivation, morale and personal well-being.
RETURN TO WORK (ESRTW)
Injury reporting, WSIB form completion and liaison, Employee wellness check-ins, and Early and Safe Return To Work file management, modified work plan development and reporting.
WPVH INVESTIGATIONS
Qualified and comprehensive investigation services for incidents involving workplace violence and/or harassment, including initial incident documentation, witness statements, external stakeholder liaison, final reports and recommendations.
DISCIPLINARY ISSUES
Progressive disciplinary programs for both training and performance-related issues, as well as Corrective Action Plans (CAP), suspensions, terminations and high-risk terminations.
