This one-day WSIB approved course is designed for Employees and includes Emergency First Aid, CPR and AED. Emphasis is placed on emergency decision-making, scene safety and effective injury assessment and treatment.
This two-day WSIB approved course is designed for JHSC members, Supervisors and key Management personnel. Emphasis is placed on incident management, multi-scene scenarios, E911 response, effective decision-making, and crisis management. The course includes Standard First Aid, CPR/AED.
The Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training course is combined with both the Emergency and Standard First Aid courses. Instruction is focused on the location and capabilities of the AED, symptom recognition and effective intervention strategies.
An effective part of an Emergency Response Plan (ERP) is incident command and control. Designed specifically for Supervisors and Management personnel, this course focuses on multi-casualty scenarios, crisis management and effective leadership.
Workplace safety includes both the physical and mental well-being of Employees. As an introductory course highlighting the importance of mental health awareness, including: signs/symptoms, substance abuse, community resources and strategies for dealing with workplace-related issues.
