HAZARD AWARENESS TRAINING-4-STEP and 5-STEP
A mandatory requirement for all Supervisors and Workers, this course covers duties and responsibilities under the OHSA, hazard recognition, assessment, control and evaluation (R.A.C.E) and includes completion of mandatory MLTSD 4-STEP and 5-STEP safety training.
BASIC HEALTH & SAFETY TRAINING
Part 1 of the Compulsory Orientation and Required Education (C.O.R.E.) training program, this custom-designed basic Health & Safety training is designed for Workers and Supervisors and covers Legislation, policies and procedures, workplace duties and responsibilities, hazard identification and controls, and incident reporting.
WORKPLACE VIOLENCE & HARASSMENT
Part 2 of the C.O.R.E. onboarding program, this mandatory training is designed for all Employees and covers Workplace Violence Policy, reporting procedures, duties and responsibilities, and safety planning.
FIRE SAFETY AWARENESS
As part of Emergency Preparedness training, employees and supervisors learn the fundamentals of fire prevention, including the classification of fires, types and use of fire extinguishers and evacuation procedures.
EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLANNING
Under the OHSA, employers have a legal duty to ensure all employees are trained in emergency procedures, including medical emergencies, evacuation, severe weather, lockdown and hostile intruder.
