Responsible for corporate operations, including the design, development and implementation of Health & Safety programs, inspections, audits and investigations.

Director-Human Resources

Personnel management and human resource coordination, including applicant screening, employee file management, WSIB and RTW programs.

Peter Mitro, CSEP, CIRT

Traffic Services Co-ordinator

Responsible for the supervision and management of Traffic Services and training, including on-site Traffic Control, Traffic Management Plans , Superload and Oversize Vehicle Escorts, and client liaison and support.

Dave Dixon, CIRT

Instructor-Emergency Response (ERP)

Delivery of Safety Training services including Working At Heights-Fall Protection, Confined Space and Emergency Response Planning (ERP).

Simon Langler, CIRT

Instructor-First Aid/CPR

Responsible for the delivery of the First Aid/CPR training courses, as well as Leadership Education and Development.

Melissa dileo, M.ED, CIRT

Instructor-MHFA

Delivery of the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) and CRISIS Communication courses.  In addition, Melissa sits as the Chair of the Peer Review Committee (PRC) that oversees the qualifications and standards of all Instructors.

Instructor-Equipment Operations

Delivery of Equipment Operations practical training, including novice and experienced operator refresher training.
