TOTAL Safety Management is pleased to announce that we have expanded our Education and Training services to now include Certified Superload Escort Program (CESP) training.  We are a licenced MTO-approved Training Provider.

Effective January 1, 2019, all police services have been ordered out of providing Oversized and Superload escorts.  Only those candidates that meet the strict hiring prerequisites may qualify to attend the CSEP Training Program.
