Customized Employee Manuals and Code of Conduct, including initial development, employee issue and tracking, as well as annual review and revisions.

 

 

EMPLOYEE ORIENTATION

PERFORMANCE REVIEWS

 

Co-ordination with Supervisors for the completion and tracking of Employee Performance Reviews, including Probationary and Promotional assessments and Annual Performance evaluations.

 

EMPLOYEE FILE MANAGEMENT

 

Set-up and ongoing management of employee files, including hardcopy and electronic data entry, corporate phone lists, emergency contact information, Corrective Action Plans (CAP), and full attendance tracking and reporting.

 

RETURN TO WORK (RTW)

 

WSIB injury reporting, employee wellness check-ins and early Return To Work file management and reporting.
